-What products do you sell?

We sell polyester and cotton macrame cords, crochet and knitting yarns, T-Shirt yarns, sparkle yarns, chunky yarns, cotton ropes, multicolor yarns and cords. We also sell beads, rods, rings, combs, keychain materials, bag materials, driftwood, rings made of plastic, wood, metal materials such as the moon, stars, clouds and much more that you may need regarding macrame/crochet.

-Do you sell finished products?

No, we provide the supplies you need to make cool finished products.

-Do you only sell macrame supplies?

We sell macrame cord, crochet knitting yarns and some materials.

-I couldn't find the color/type I wanted in your product.

Some colors or types of products may not be in stock. Or the color you want may not be available in our catalogue. We can produce or supply according to your demands.

-How can I see the prices?

First, you need to apply for wholesale here. Once your application is approved you will receive a price list.

-How can I order?

To place an order, you must first fill out the wholesale application form. After your application is approved, you will receive an informative e-mail to place your order.

-How can I make the payment?

Payoneer: If you have a business Payoneer account, you can make payments.

Credit Card and PayPal: You can make the payment using the payment link we will provide to you.

SWIFT: You can send internationally with your bank's SWIFT code.

Western Union: You can pay easily and safely with Western Union.

If you use a payment method other than these, contact us.

- How much is the shipping time and prices?

Shipping times and prices vary by country and order size. After you submit the order form, we will send you a special shipping offer for your order.

- Can I use my own contracted shipping company?

If you have an agreement with shipping companies in Turkey, we can deliver your order to them.

About customs procedures

The customs value is calculated based on the total value of the product plus shipping.

The $800 threshold in the US has been removed. Customs duties apply to all your orders. Shipping on a DDP basis is mandatory for US orders.

Under the new law in EU countries, for items under €150, VAT plus a €3 fee per product type apply; for items over €150, standard VAT and customs duties apply. When your order arrives in your country, customs officials, the shipping company, or other authorities will contact you and ask you to pay the applicable fees.

In the UK, for orders under 135 Pounds, you pay VAT at the door and do not pay customs duty. For orders over 135 Pounds, you pay both VAT and customs duty at the door.

In Canada, you pay both customs duty and VAT at the door for your orders over 20 CAD.

In most other countries, you must pay VAT and customs duty when your order enters your country or when you receive it.
